Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe payment processor. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified—the highest level of security certification. We never store your full credit card information on our servers.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order. If we haven't shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also track your order here using your order number and email address.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the continental United States only (lower 48 states plus Washington D.C.). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE on all orders within the continental United States!
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
How are items packaged?
Each item is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Stereoviews and postcards are placed in protective sleeves and shipped in rigid mailers or boxes to prevent bending or damage during transit.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where an item arrives damaged or significantly differs from its description.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a full or partial refund.
What if the item doesn't match the description?
We strive to accurately describe and photograph every item. If you believe an item significantly differs from its listing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll review your concern.
About Our Items
Are all items authentic vintage pieces?
Yes! Every item in our collection is an authentic vintage piece. We specialize in stereoviews, postcards, and other paper ephemera primarily from the late 1800s through early 1900s. Each item has been carefully curated and authenticated.
How do you determine condition grades?
We use a standard grading scale from "Poor" to "Mint" based on factors like paper quality, image clarity, foxing, tears, creases, and overall preservation. Each listing includes detailed condition notes and high-resolution photographs so you can assess the item yourself.
Are items cleaned or restored?
We sell items in their found condition without restoration or cleaning. This preserves authenticity and allows collectors to make their own decisions about conservation. Any notable condition issues are described in the listing.
Can I see more photos of an item?
Our listings include high-resolution photos of both the front and back of each item. If you need additional images or have specific questions about an item, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Account & Privacy
Do I need an account to purchase?
No account is required. You can check out as a guest. Your email will be used for order confirmation and shipping updates only.
How is my information used?
We only collect information necessary to process your order and communicate with you about it. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
Can I request my data be deleted?
Yes. You can request data removal at any time, though we may need to retain certain information for legal and accounting purposes.
