Important: To verify your identity, you must send this request from the same email address that was used at checkout.
What Happens After Your Request
Once we verify your identity, we will anonymize your personal information in our systems. This includes:
- Your email address will be replaced with an anonymized placeholder
- Your shipping address will be anonymized
- Any marketing consent will be removed
We will retain non-personal order history (order numbers, totals, timestamps) for accounting and legal compliance purposes, but this information will no longer be associated with your identity.
Timeline
We aim to process data removal requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.
