Our commitment to transparency and fair dealing
All Sales Are Final
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage items, all sales are final. Each stereoview, postcard, and piece of ephemera in our collection is irreplaceable—once sold, we cannot simply restock it.
We encourage you to carefully review all photos and descriptions before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us before buying.
Exceptions
We stand behind our items. Refunds or resolutions may be offered in the following cases:
1Item Arrives Damaged
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping (bent, torn, water damage, etc.), we will work with you to provide a full or partial refund depending on the extent of the damage. We pack all items with care, but occasionally accidents happen in transit.
2Item Significantly Differs from Description
We strive to accurately describe and photograph every item. If you receive an item that is materially different from what was described or shown in the listing (wrong item, undisclosed major damage, etc.), please contact us and we will review your claim.
How to Report an Issue
Report Within 48 Hours
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
Provide Photos
Include clear photos showing the damage or discrepancy. For shipping damage, also photograph the packaging if possible.
Contact Us
Send your order number, photos, and a description of the issue to us via our contact form.
What We Cannot Refund
- •Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- •Items that match their description and photos
- •Minor variations typical of vintage items (slight color differences in photos, age-appropriate wear consistent with condition grade)
- •Issues reported more than 48 hours after delivery
- •Items that have been altered after receipt
Refund Process
If your claim is approved:
- •Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- •Processing typically takes 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- •In some cases, we may request the item be returned before processing a refund
- •Partial refunds may be offered for minor issues at our discretion
