This 4-page (2 pages front and back) correspondence discusses wheat planting arrangements, land improvements, seed, and livestock matters between Vaughn and recipient S.E. Gullickson of Kimball, South Dakota.

The letter features excellent printed farm advertising masthead including a bull image, farm address, and livestock details. Included is the original matching Wildwood Farm envelope, postmarked Marion, Iowa – Jan 5, 1912 with a U.S. 2¢ Washington red stamp, addressed by hand.
